We like to make things easy.  We know you need a professional meeting space to consult with your clients, run workshops and meetings for your team, that’s easy to find, easy to get to and affordable!

Our professional meeting rooms and office/work spaces are a Pay-As-You-Use system (that’s right No Memberships) – which means once we’ve added you to our online booking system, you can book and pay as you go for any space you need.  Plus we’re open 24/7 so there’s no restrictions on when you can plan your next meeting.

Did we mention that we’re conveniently located in the heart of the Rouse Hill Town Centre, with over 2500 car park spaces, and a short walk from the Rouse Hill metro station and bus services?

Our 8-10 person meeting room is ideal for running workshops, team meetings or consulting with your clients. This boardroom style room, available 24/7 offers:

Consulting Meeting Room
(4 person)

Our 4 person meeting room is ideal for interviews, consulting meetings with your clients and 1-2-1 training sessions. This room available 24/7 and offers:

  • LCD Smart TV (Large)

$44 per day (incl GST)

1 Person Workspace
(Day User)

Our 1 Person Workspace is ideal for business owners who just need a desk away from home for the day, or part of the day, or are perhaps running a workshop/ client meeting at the FBC and want to work from the Centre for the rest of the day to reduce travel time. We keep it simple: $44/day (inc GST) and the desk is yours.

  • FREE Wi-Fi

Trialling out having a Regular Booking or need a space more permanently? You can book this space by the month for $150/week (+GST) and leave your personal items in situ, to save you packing everything up every day. For more info contact us.

For meeting room bookings between standard business hours (8-5pm) you can book directly using our online booking system. For after-hours and weekend bookings, you will need to pre-register as an FBC user with our team by calling 1300 765 249 to enable online booking access.


Using Our Spaces

Our friendly Office Assistant is onsite weekdays from 9.00am until 2.30pm to meet and greet your guests as they arrive. The centre is open before and after these hours (24/7). If your booking is after general business hours, you will be issued with a pin code to access the centre facilities.

Light refreshments are included for all meetings and if you require further catering options, our staff will be able to assist you.
